FincaSantaElisePachup is a beautiful coffee that was grown in Acatenango, Guatemala. This region of the country is actually a stratovolcano. The mineral content in the soil plays a big role in the flavor of the cup. It tastes like brown sugar, honey and tangerine.FincaSantaElisePachup was grown on a farm with 360 hectares of land. 91 of those hectares is preserved for reforestation with cypress. This commitment to the health of the land not only impacts the coffee today, but for generations to come.
